The Plain Weave Carbon Fiber Sheet is a high-performance composite material made from 3K carbon fiber fabric arranged in a plain (1×1) weave pattern and cured with high-strength epoxy resin under vacuum pressure or autoclave technology. In this weave, each carbon fiber tow passes alternately over and under the perpendicular tows, forming a tight, checkerboard-like structure that provides excellent stability, uniform strength, and smooth surface quality.

This sheet combines the lightweight advantage of carbon fiber with high rigidity and outstanding dimensional stability.
